Connecting a modem cable WARNING! To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or damage to the equipment, do not plug a modem cable (not included with the computer) into the RJ-45 (network) jack. Selecting a location setting Viewing the current country selection To view the current country setting for the modem: 1. Select Start > Control Panel. 2. Click Clock, Language, and Region. 3.
