Limited Warranty

This HP Limited Warranty is solely for HP Sprocket 2 x 3” (5.1 x 7.6 cm) Photo Paper, HP

Sprocket 2.3 x 3.4” (5.8 x 8.7cm) , and HP Sprocket 4 x 6” (10 x 15 cm) Photo Paper and

Cartridges [“HP Sprocket Photo Paper / Cartridges”] and applies only if they are HP-branded

products sold or leased: a) from HP Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized resellers,

authorized distributors, or country/region distributors; and b) with this Limited Warranty.

NOTE:

This Limited Warranty is effective for all purchases of any HP Sprocket Photo Paper/Cartridges

that occur on or after October 1, 2019] (“Effective Date”).

HP will honor all valid HP warranties

in effect for HP Sprocket Photo Paper/Cartridges prior to the Effective Date.

What this Limited Warranty covers

Each HP Sprocket Photo Paper / Cartridges is warranted to be free from defects in materials

and workmanship during the period of the warranty. This Limited Warranty pertains to any HP

Sprocket Photo Paper / Cartridges when used in its designated HP or authorized original

equipment manufacturer (OEM) printing device. See the product manual for the printer to

determine the correct HP Sprocket Photo Paper / Cartridges selection.

What this Limited Warranty does not cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover HP Sprocket Photo Paper / Cartridges that have been

remanufactured, refurbished, misused, or tampered with. If failure or damage to HP Sprocket

Photo Paper / Cartridge is attributable to use with a non-designated HP or unauthorized OEM

printing device, this warranty does not apply and HP is not responsible for the cost of

replacement or refund of the purchase price.

What is the Limited Warranty Period

For all countries

except for Brazil

: The “Warranty End” date is six (6) months from

the date of HP Sprocket Photo Paper / Cartridges purchase.

For Brazil

: The “Warranty End” date is three (3) months from the date of HP Sprocket

Photo Paper / Cartridges purchase.

How long the Limited Warranty coverage lasts

The coverage lasts until HP is no longer supplying the applicable HP Sprocket Photo Paper /

Cartridges, or the “Warranty End” date has been reached, whichever occurs first.
