CI-Module not installed Possible causes The satellite dish is not pointing at the satellite. Signal is too weak. Satellite dish is too small. Problem with LNB. Wrong antenna setting. The channel has a signal, but no audio or video is provided. The channel has not been deleted by broadcasting company. The channel is for data broadcasting. Smartcard is not plugged in. Wrong Smartcard is in use. Smartcard is not plugged in correctly. Smartcard is damaged. The channel has a video signal, but no audio is provided. CI-Module is not installed. CI-Module is not inserted correctly. CI-Module is not recognized. What to do Adjust dish alignment. Increase the LNB voltage or connect a signal amplifier. Change to a larger dish. Change the LNB. Set the antenna correctly. Confirm if the channel is currently on air. Remove the channel from the channel list and check for new transponder details. The channel cannot be viewed with the appropriate model that supports data channels. Insert Smartcard. Insert the appropriate Smartcard for the channel(s) you wish to view. Reinsert Smartcard; ensure that it is inserted correctly. Contact your Smartcard retailer or channel broadcaster for a Smartcard replacement.
