3. Installation Wizard 3. Installation Wizard When powering on your product for the first time after purchase, the installation wizard will operate automatically. This chapter includes the first time setup of the language, video output, search channel and software update which will show you how to start the initial installation. ** Note: • The default password is 0000. • If you have forgotten your password, please contact your local product distributor. 3.1 Language Language allows you to select the main language. Select the appropriate language from the list using the button and press the OK button to save the selected language as a default language. ** Note: The display language may differ according to country. 3.2 Video Output Copy protected programmes are blocked by HDCP and Macrovision due to license obligations. You cannot watch those programmes via the YPbPr interface. Instead, a connection with the HDMI interface is strongly recommended. If your TV set supports DVI, you can connect HDMI to DVI with a proper converter while connecting the audio via RCA jacks. If you want to watch an HDTV programme in standard definition, using the SCART interface is sufficient.
