** ** 2. Viewing Programme Information Using Time Bar You can quickly search for your desired time zone using the Time bar. 1. Press the GUIDE button. 2. Press the GREEN button to display Time Bar. 3. Select the each button using the button, and press the OK button to move as your desired amount of time.
