I receive the message "Antenna Power has short-circuited". • To resolve this problem please access MENU INSTALLATION (enter your password as 0000 if you have not changed it), then switch the Antenna Power option to OFF, finally Exit the menu and the message will no long be displayed. 31. How to I receive new channels? There are 2 ways to receive new channels: • Carry out an Automatic Search (instructions) • Carry out a Default Setting (instructions) 32. I have received Analogue channels on my exiting TV without problems but I am not receiving any/all of the Digital channels? • The Analogue and Digital channels will not be sent in the same manor and at times will be sent from different transmitters. You cannot compare the Analogue channels signal/quality to the Digital channels. Please check that you are in a Freeview coverage area (www.dtg.org.uk or www.freeview.co.uk). You may be required to have your exiting aerial upgraded to receive digital channels. 33. When I press the TEXT or RED button the digital Telextext/Interactive menu does not appear? Follow the steps below: • Check if the facility is working on a different channel and then try the channel you wish to use • Press GUIE or MENU and then EXIT and then after 10 seconds try to function again • Power off the PVR for 30 seconds and then restart it and try the facility again 34. I am unable to access the EPG when I am playing back a recording • The EPG is not available when playing a recording, stop the recording and go to a live TV channel where you will be able to access the EPG 35. When I try to playback a recording I am unable to see it on the full screen, instead it only plays back in the small thumbnail at the top of the screen. • When you access the Recorded Programmes menu and press play on the recording you wish to view, press the EXIT button on the remote control to see the recording on the full screen.
