Wrong Smartcard is inserted. Smartcard is not inserted correctly. Smartcard is damaged. What to do Make sure the cable is connected correctly. Exchange the cable. Exchange the cable. Confirm if the channel is currently on air. Check if the channel is currently on air Remove the channel from the channel list and check for new transponder details. Press the audio button to confirm that the channel has audio options. Make sure you are subscribed to the channel. If the product has been turned off for a long time (standby or power off ), please wait for authorization. It may take up to 60 minutes. Insert Smartcard. Insert the correct Smartcard.
