Connection at a Public Hotspot Setup Use the Trek as a WiFi connection to a wireless network in a WiFi hotspot zone. The Trek's firewall protects your devices from known DoS attacks and port scans from the Internet. CAUTION: Most public WiFi hotspots offer no security. Extender Setup Use the Trek as a WiFi extender to connect your wireless devices that are outside the range of your existing WiFi router. Reset Power Internet WiFi USB WiFi Bridge Setup Use the Ethernet ports on your Trek to connect up to two Ethernetenabled devices wirelessly to your existing WiFi network.
