The supplied EH-64 AC adapter can charge the battery in the camera ( 11) or power the camera for playback, data transfer, or printing (do not use any other make or model of AC adapter; failure to observe this precaution could result in fire or product malfunction). To eject the battery, open the battery-chamber/memory card slot cover and slide the battery latch in the direction shown. The battery can then be removed by hand. the battery is faulty. Reinsert the camera or replace the battery.) Charging is complete when the indicator lamp stops blinking (a fully exhausted battery will recharge in about two hours). Removing Memory Cards Before removing memory cards, turn the camera off and confirm that the power-on and indicator lamps are off.
