F/W Upgrade Method by USB flash drive

UpdatefileviaUSB flashdrive

1.Download the newestfirmware file onto yourcomputerfrom www.samsung.com.

2.Ifthe firmwarefile iscompressed(*.zip),the file should be uncompressed to RUF

file(*.ruf).

3.ConnectaUSB flash drive to yourcomputer.

4.Ifthere arepreviousversionsofRUF file onUSB flash drive,delete them.

5.Copy the new RUF file to USB flash drive.

The following eventsmay interruptthe upgrade processand

1.Remove any Disc,the display should read "No Disc"

2.Insertthe USB flashdrive into the Blu-ray DiscHomeTheaterSystem while itisO

3.Press[Enter]on the OK to upgrade firmware

4.The powerwillbe turnedoffand onatthe beginning ofthe firmware upgrade.The

upgrade progressbarwillbeappeared.

6.When the update iscompleted the Blu-ray DiscHome TheaterSystem willbe

turned offautomatically.

7.Remove the USB flashdrive.

8.Itisnow safe to poweron yourBlu-ray DiscHome TheaterSystem.
