Notes and limitations using the PN-ZCMS1 with web conferencing services/applications

"Call" and "End call" buttons on remote control

The "Call" and "End call" buttons on the remote control included with the PN-ZCMS1 may not

be usable depending on the application.

*We have confirmed that the buttons can be used when using the corporate account of Teams

for Windows.

Function to reduce or eliminate ambient

noise in web conferencing services/applications

The function to reduce or eliminate ambient noise in the settings of the web conferencing

service/application should be switched off.

The PN-ZCMS1 has a noise reduction function that is constantly running, so duplication of the

same type of function may cause other disturbances.

Resolution of the camera image displayed by the

web conferencing service/application

Due to the specifications and limitations of the web conferencing service/application, the

camera image may not support 4K display.

In addition, the resolution of the transmitted camera images may be low due to network

conditions.

Noise reduction function and installation

environment

The noise reduction function of the PN-ZCMS1 does not reduce or eliminate all environmental

noise. Depending on your installation environment, please take ambient noise into

consideration, for example by installing partitions, etc.
