8 VOLUME buttons- Press to control the volume. INSTALLING THE BATTERIES 1 Slide the battery compartment cover on the remote unit in the direction of the arrow. VOLUME 0001000000000 9 PICTURE CONTROL buttons-Adjust picture sharpness in TV mode. 10 AUTO MEMO button- Press to preset the tuner memories automatically. 11 ADD CLEAR button- Press to add desired channel, and to cancel memorized channel. 12 SKIP/SEARCH button- Press to select the skip or search mode during regular channel UP/DOWN scanning. SKIP: Tuner stops at next programmed channel. SEARCH: Tuner stops at next available channel in your area whether it is programmed or not. 13 RECALL button- Press to call previous received channel. 14 CHANNEL buttons- Press to search up (higher) or down (lower) channels. 2 Insert 2 "AAA" penlight batteries into battery compartment in the direction as indicated by the polarity (+ / -) markings.
