ConferenceSHOT AV 1.0.1
Vaddio is pleased to introduce the ConferenceSHOT AV enterprise-class conferencing system, ideal for huddle
rooms and small to medium-sized conference rooms. ConferenceSHOT AV integrates a high-definition PTZ
camera and audio conferencing mixer into a single USB 3.0 device, so you can easily connect up to two
microphones and an external speaker directly to the camera. It allows simple plug and play functionality with all
major UCC soft clients such as Skype for Business, WebEx and Google.
Special Features
n
No switches on the back of the system – all switch settings are via soft DIP switches accessible from the web
interface, so there's no need for physical access to the camera once it's in place.
n
Push firmware updates to connected Vaddio EasyUSB microphones from the system's web interface.
n
Custom macros and triggers to automate sequences of operation.
Known Issues
n
When the camera is used with a PCC Premier precision camera controller, camera presets may persist on the
controller after they are deleted from the camera.
n
Checking or clearing the HID Audio Controls box on the Streaming page in the web UI does not currently trigger
the "Unsaved Data" warning.
n
In some cases, when the camera receives a video mute command right after recalling a preset that contains
color information, the mute command does not execute until another camera move is triggered.
n
On rare occasions, changing IP streaming settings while actively streaming can cause the IP stream to fail and
not restart. If this happens, rebooting the camera corrects the problem.
n
On rare occasions the firmware update progress indicator in the web interface gets stuck, creating the
appearance that firmware update is stalled. When this has been observed, the firmware update process
completed normally. Refreshing the web page corrected the problem.
n
When the camera is connected to a Windows PC, its USB device name does not update on the PC when it is
changed in the camera's web interface. To propagate the name change to the PC, disconnect the camera from
the PC, manually uninstall the camera from the Windows device manager, then reconnect the camera to the
PC.
Interoperability
The ConferenceSHOT AV system has been tested for interoperability with the following Vaddio products:
n
EasyMIC microphones
n
AV Bridge MATRIX PRO A/V room solution
n
