Automatic Cooking defrosting time, turn the Dial to add time and press START. If not, press STOP/CLEAR. NOTE: • Enter the weight of the food only. Do not include the weight of the container. • Any Defrost selection can be programmed with More or Less Time Adjustment. See page 65. • To defrost other foods or foods above or below the weights allowed on Defrost Chart, use time and 30% power. See Manual Defrost on page 64. • The programmed defrosting times are average times.
