106 UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE Adding Washer Fluid The headlamp washer system and windshield washer system share the same fluid reservoir. The reservoir is located in the front of the engine compartment on the passenger side and should be checked for fluid level at regular intervals. Fill the reservoir with windshield washer solvent (not radiator antifreeze) and operate the system for a few seconds to flush out the residual water. POWER TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING COLUMN The power tilt/telescoping steering column lever is located below the multi-function lever on the steering column. To tilt the column move the lever up or down as desired. To lengthen or shorten the steering column pull the lever toward you or push the lever away from you as desired. NOTE: Your remote keyless entry transmitter or memory buttons on the driver's door panel can be used to recall the steering column tilt and telescopic positions.
