The warranties are: • Emissions Defects Warranty • Emissions Performance Warranty If you have purchased or leased a FCEV Focus, the Federal Emissions Warranties do not apply. Because the FCEV Focus has no emissions or emissions components, there is no emissions warranty coverage.
