Roadside Emergencies Removing the jack and tools Non-cargo management system (if equipped):The jack and tools are located under the carpeted hardboard. Pull back the carpet away from the lift gate, and remove the hardboard cover. Unbuckle the strap and remove the jack and tools by pulling the right side up first. Remove the tools from the jack in order to remove the spare tire from under the vehicle. Note: For some non-cargo management system vehicles, the jack and tools are located in the right rear of the cargo area behind an access panel. Removing the jack and tools

The jack and tools
are located under the carpeted
