Seating and Safety Restraints Perform the following steps to install a child safety seat with tether anchors: Front passenger seating position The tether can be attached directly to the rear of the front seat. 1. Route the tether strap under the head restraint and between the head restraint posts. 2. Clip the tether strap to the anchor as shown. Second row center seating position The tether can be attached directly to the rear of the second row center seat. 1. Route the tether strap under the head restraint and between the head restraint posts. 2.
