2-1. Driving procedures n Parking the vehicle Automatic transmission STEP 1 With the shift lever in D, depress the brake pedal. STEP 2 Set the parking brake. (→P. 148) STEP 3 Shift the shift lever to P. (→P. 139) STEP 4 Press the "ENGINE START STOP" switch to stop the engine. STEP 5 Lock the door, making sure that you have the electronic key on your person. Manual transmission STEP 1 While depressing the clutch pedal, depress the brake pedal. STEP 2 Set the parking brake.
