Severe duty schedule 160,000 KILOMETERS (100,000 MILES) u Change automatic transmission fluid (4.0L engines). u All front axle lube quantities, (4x4 and AWD vehicles) and rear axles containing non-synthetic axle lube, must be replaced every 160,000 km (100,000 miles). Otherwise the lube should not be checked or changed unless a leak is suspected or repair required. Change the axle lube anytime the axle has been submerged in water. The presence of soot, light surface rust or moisture does not indicate a faulty muffler.
