Severe duty schedule 160,000 KILOMETERS (100,000 MILES) u Change automatic transmission fluid (4.0L engines). u All front axle lube quantities, (4x4 and AWD vehicles) and rear axles containing non-synthetic axle lube, must be replaced every 160,000 km (100,000 miles). Otherwise the lube should not be checked or changed unless a leak is suspected or repair required. Change the axle lube anytime the axle has been submerged in water. DEALER AUTHORIZATION Date: Mileage: 170,000 KILOMETERS (102,000 MILES) u Change engine oil and replace oil filter. u Lubricate driveshaft U-joint if equipped with grease fittings and lubricate slip yoke (if equipped). u Inspect exhaust system for leaks, damage or loose parts. Remove any foreign material trapped by exhaust system shielding. NOTE: It is normal for a certain amount of moisture and staining to be present around the muffler seams. The presence of soot, light surface rust or moisture does not indicate a faulty muffler. DEALER AUTHORIZATION Date: Mileage: 175,000 KILOMETERS (105,000 MILES) u Change engine oil and replace oil filter. u Inspect engine cooling system, hoses, and clamps; check coolant strength every 24,000 km (15,000 miles) or 12 months. u Rotate tires and adjust air pressure.
