Onboard SATA Controller Use this item to enable or disable the "Onboard SATA Controller" feature. SATA Operation Mode Use this item to adjust SATA Operation Mode. The default value of this option is [IDE]. Configuration options: [AHCI], [RAID] and [IDE]. If you set this item to RAID mode, it is suggested to install SATA ODD driver on SATA5 port. AMD AHCI BIOS ROM Use this item to enable or disable AMD AHCI BIOS ROM. This option appears only when you set "SATA Operation Mode" to [AHCI]. The default value is [Disabled]. SATA IDE Combined Mode This item is for SATA5 and eSATA ports only. Use this item to enable or disable SATA IDE combined mode. The default value is [Enabled]. If you want to build RAID on SATA5 and eSATA ports, please disable this item. eSATA Mode Use this item to select eSATA mode. Configuration mode: [Auto] and [Gen2]. The default value is [Gen2]. Onboard SATA Controller
Use this item to enable or disable the “Onboard SATA Controller” feature.
SATA Operation Mode
Use this item to adjust SATA Operation Mode. The default value of this
option is [IDE]. Configuration options: [AHCI], [RAID] and [IDE].
AMD AHCI BIOS ROM
Use this item to enable or disable AMD AHCI BIOS ROM. This option appears
only when you set “SATA Operation Mode” to [AHCI]. The default value is
[Disabled].
SATA IDE Combined Mode
This item is for SATA5 and eSATA ports only. Use this item to enable or
disable SATA IDE combined mode. The default value is [Enabled].
If you want to build RAID on SATA5 and eSATA ports, please
disable this item.
eSATA Mode
Use this item to select eSATA mode. Configuration mode: [Auto] and [Gen2].
The default value is [Gen2]. If you use SATA Gen3, please select [Auto].
If you set this item to RAID mode, it is suggested to install
SATA ODD driver on SATA5 port.
