Removing the Touchpad Board 0 1. Perform the "Removing the Palmrest Module/Upper Case" procedure described on page 3-21. 2. Open the connector latch for the touchpad board (1) and then disconnect the cable (2). Figure 3-29. Touchpad Cable 3. Insert a small flat-blade screwdriver between the touchpad board and the upper case, and carefully pry the board loose. Remove the touchpad board from the palm rest. Figure 3-30.
