17 Power on the system After making sure that you have set up the system properly and connected all the required cables, you can now power on the system. Press the power button to turn system on. This is the password that you can use to manage your home server from the Windows Home Server Console. 37 3 Windows Home Server Console The Windows Home Server Console is a tool that provides remote management of the home server and allows you to monitor and backup computers on the home network. 64 4 Managing the server Create user accounts After you complete Windows Home Server Setup and install the Windows Home Server Connector software on all of your home computers, you are ready to set up your user accounts for the people in your household.
