Aspect Question Answer Audio Why is there no sound coming from the device? If the headset is plugged into the device, the speaker is automatically shut off. Disconnect the headset. Check that the device volume setting is not muted. Check that the volume control is not at its lowest setting. Memory Why do I have less than 1024 MB (1 GB)? A small amount of memory is reserved for system security. Multimedia files Why can't I view my picture files? You may be trying to view an image that is not supported. Refer to "Supported formats" on page 59 for more information. Why can't I view my video files? You may be trying to view a video that is not supported. System information and performance How do I check the OS version of my device? Tap APPS > Settings > About tablet to check the OS version (Kernel/build number) and other hardware and software information. Where can I find my serial number ID? Polaris Office What Microsoft Office Polaris Office currently supports Word versions are 97-2003, Word 2007, Excel 97-2003, supported Excel 2007, PowerPoint 97-2003, and PowerPoint 2007. Polaris Office doesn't support documents with password protection. Microsoft Office 2010 files are not fully supported on the current version of Polaris Office. 72

Polaris Office
What Microsoft Office
versions are
supported
Polaris Office currently supports Word
97-2003, Word 2007, Excel 97-2003,
Excel 2007, PowerPoint 97-2003, and
PowerPoint 2007.
Polaris Office doesn’t support documents
with password protection.
Microsoft Office 2010 files are not fully
supported on the current version of
Polaris Office.
