Removing the Memory/MDC (Modem/Bluetooth)/HDD Module 1. Remove the two screws holding the DIMM door. 2. Remove the DIMM door. 3. Pop out the memory then take out the memory. 4. Remove the two screws that secure the MDC(modem or modem/Bluetooth combo) board. 5. Remove the MDC board then disconnect the MDC cable and Bluetooth atenna. 6. Remove the two screws holding the HDD bezel(cover). 7. Then pull out the HDD module from the notebook computer. 46 Chapter 3
