Avvertenza: SPEGNERE il computer e scollegare il cavo di alimentazione. 2 Una volta eseguite queste operazioni, rimuovere lo chassis dal computer. 3 Individuare uno slot di espansione PCI/PCI-X a 64 bit libero e rimuovere la relativa copertura. Se il computer non è dotato di slot a 64 bit, è possibile installare la scheda in uno slot PCI a 32 bit. La Adaptec SCSI Card 29320A supporta slot a 64 bit sia a 5V che a 3,3V. Lo slot di espansione deve essere compatibile PCI rev. 2.1 o PCI-X rev. 1.0 e supportare il bus mastering. Conservare la vite della copertura dello slot per utilizzarla nella fase 4. 2
