Step 5 When the preview appears, you can use the selection boxes to select the portion of the image you would like to scan. In this example, only the Windows logo is going to be scanned. Once you've configured all of your settings and selected the portion of the image you want to scan, click on the Scan button. Step 6 At the Importing Pictures and Videos box, you can add a tag to your picture to help with organization (optional). Enter a tag or leave it blank and click Import. Once the Windows Photo Gallery is done scanning, it will return you to the main Gallery screen where you can view your scanned pictures. 41

Once you’ve configured all of your settings and selected the portion of the
image you want to scan, click on the
Scan
button.
