4.3 Retrieving recorded messages Retrieving voice mail To retrieve voice mail: 1. From the Skype™ menu, scroll down to Recorded Msg, then press the left soft key to to Enter. Skype Online Phone Book Voice Mail Enter Exit 2. Scroll up or down to select the voice mail message you want to retrieve, then the left soft key press to open the Option screen. Voice mail 1 Voice mail 2 Voice mail 3 Option Exit 3. Select either to Play or Delete 4. The following screen appears the voice mail, then press the left when select Play. Press the left soft key for Ok. soft key to stop. Press the right soft key to enable the Voice Mail 1 loud speaker. Play Delete Ok Back Play 00:13 Stop SPK 5. The following screen appears when select Delete. Press the left soft key the delete the voice mail. Delete OK Back Important. If you choose to delete the voice mail, a succeeding screen displays a message confirming the action. Press the left soft key for Ok.
