3.6.2 PCH Configuration PCI Express Configuration This item allows you to configure the PCI Express slots. PCI-E Speed [Auto] This item allows your system to automatically select the PCI Express port speed. When set to [Gen1], the PCI-E port runs at PCI-E 1.0 speed. When set to [Gen2], the PCI-E port runs at PCI-E 2.0 speed. Configuration options: [Auto] [Gen1] [Gen2] Intel Rapid Start Technology [Disabled] This item allows you to enable or disable Intel® Rapid Start Technology. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled] The following items appear only when you set the Intel® Rapid Start Technology to [Enabled]. Entry on S3 RTC Wake [Enabled] The system automatically wakes up and set to Rapid Start Technology S3 mode. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled] Entry After [0] This item only appears when Entry on S3 RTC Wake is set to [Enabled]. This allows you to set the RTC wake-up timer at S3 entry. The time ranges from 0 minute (immediately) to 120 minutes. Active Page Threshold Support [Enabled] The system automatically goes into sleep mode when the partition size is not enough for the Intel® Rapid Start Technology to work. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled] Active Memory Threshold [0] This item only appears when Active Page Threshold Support is set to [Enabled]. This item supports Intel Rapid Storage Technology when the partition size is greater than the Active Page Threshold size.
