4.4.7 Super IO Configuration The items in this menu allow you to set or change the configurations for super IO devices. Select an item then press to display the configuration options. Super IO Configuration Super IO Chip Winbond W83627 Floopy Disk Controller Configuration Serial Port Configuration Parallel Port Controller Configuration Set Parameters of Floppy Disk Controller (FDC) Floppy Disk Controller Configuration Floopy Disk Controller Configuration Floopy Disk Controller Device Settings Change Settings Device Mode [Enabled] Reset Required [Auto] [Read Write] Enable or Disable Floppy Disk Controller Floppy Disk Controller [Enabled] Allows you to enable or disable the floppy disk controller. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled] The following item appears only when the Floppy Disk Controller item is set to [Enabled]. Change Settings [Auto] Allows you to select an optimal settings for the super IO device. Configuration options: [Auto] [IO=3F0h; IRQ=6; DMA=2] [IO=3F0h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12; DMA=1, 2, 3;] Device Mode [Read Write] Allows you to set the mode of floppy disk controller.
