3.2 Installing the Audio Processing Card 1. Face the bracket of the Xonar D2 audio card toward the back panel of your computer and insert the audio card gently into an available PCI slot. Make sure it's completely inserted into the PCI slot. (Warning! Do not force the audio card into the slot. Make sure that the gold pins of the card's PCI connector are aligned with the motherboard's PCI connector before you insert the card into the PCI slot. If it does not fit properly, gently remove it and try again.) 2. Secure the audio card bracket to the back of your computer with the screw that you removed. Refer to section 3.1. 3.3 Installing the MIDI board 1. Secure the MIDI bracket to another slot on the back of your computer case. 2. Connect the 4-pin MIDI header on the audio card to the MIDI bracket with the MIDI cable as the figure below.  ASUS Xonar D2

Installing the Audio Processing Card
1.
Face the bracket of the Xonar D2 audio card toward the back panel of
your computer and insert the audio card gently into an available PCI slot.
Make sure it’s completely inserted into the PCI slot. (Warning! Do not force
the audio card into the slot. Make sure that the gold pins of the card's PCI
connector are aligned with the motherboard’s PCI connector before you
insert the card into the PCI slot. If it does not fit properly, gently remove it and
try again.)

Secure the audio card bracket to the back of your computer with the screw
that you removed. Refer to section 3.1.

Installing the MIDI board
1.
Secure the MIDI bracket to another slot on the back of your computer case.
2.
Connect the 4-pin MIDI header on the audio card to the MIDI bracket with the
MIDI cable as the figure below.
