Tune Select Screen TUNE SELECT This feature allows the user to store current program information (Artist and Song title) for future comparison against the incoming XM7 signal. The Xpress XM7 unit can hold up to 20 entries, after which any new information saved will replace the oldest entry in memory. To store a song or artist, press and hold the Rotary/Select Knob or the (XM) Select Button on the remote control until the unit emits a confirmation tone. When the exact Artist or Song is detected on the XM7 broadcast, the user will be notified via a confirmation tone. An alert will also appear on the screen for approximately 8sec identifying that a match was found. Pressing the Rotary/ Select Knob or the (XM) Select Button on the remote control while this screen is active forces the unit to jump to the station currently playing desired Artist or Song. Tune Select Erase All Screen Tune Select Erase Some To delete individual and multiple artists/song titles from the Tune Select list use the Rotary/Select Knob or the UP and DOWN buttons on the remote control to choose the Artist name or Song title (see Figure 18). Press the Rotary/Select Knob or the (XM) Select Button on the remote to mark the Artist or Song title for removal from the Tune Select list. Press menu to delete marked items and exit the mode.
