In some instances, attaching the USB Adapter directly to the rear of a desktop PC is not the optimal place for the antenna to propagate its radio signal. For these instances, we recommend you use the included USB extension cable to extend the USB Adapter to a more optimal place for the radio signals to propagate. 14
