English DISPLAY Direct Power On Press ▲▼arrow and Enter key to select network and its settings: IP Address: To specify an IP address, press the Enter button to show the IP address input window. Use the ◄► button to select the number in the address to be changed. Use the ▲▼button to increase or decrease the number in the IP address. Subnet: Set up IP address of subnet. Gateway: Set up IP address of gateway. DHCP: Set DHCP to On or Off. If this is set to On, the DHCP server of the network domain assigns an IP address to the projector. That is, the IP address is displayed in the address window instead of being entering manually. Otherwise, the domain does not or cannot assign an IP address, and 0. 0. 0. 0 is shown on the IP address window. Apply: Select this button and press Enter. It takes several seconds to execute the change in network settings till the following message disappears. For further information on network control connections and settings, please refer to the Remote control manual. • RS232 Baud Rate: Set transmission speed to: 115200, 57600, 38400, 19200, 14400, 9600, 4800, 2400 and 1200. Transmission speed shall vary with length of RS-232 cable (longer cable requires slower speed). In case of unstable signal or connection failure when controlling with RS-232 cable, try downgrading the transmission speed. Channel:You can send RS-232 control commands to your projector through the RS-232 port or external digital transmission box connected to its HD Connect/Lan port. Please set up the following communication channel before sending control commands:: Local: Send RS-232 control command through your projector's RS-232 port. Please set up proper transmission speed in advance. HD Connect: Send RS-232 control commands to your projector's HD Connect/Lanport through an external digital transmission box. The transmission speed is automatically set to 9600. Caution: • If the projector is set to standby at ECO mode, the LAN and RS-232 remote control function is disabled. You can power on the projector only with the remote controller or its power switch. Subnet
: Set up IP address of subnet.
Gateway
: Set up IP address of gateway.
DHCP
: Set DHCP to On or Off. If this is set to On, the DHCP server of the network domain
assigns an IP address to the projector. That is, the IP address is displayed in the address window
instead of being entering manually. Otherwise, the domain does not or cannot assign an IP
address, and 0. 0. 0. 0 is shown on the IP address window.
Apply
: Select this button and press Enter. It takes several seconds to execute the change in
network settings till the following message disappears.

Remote control manual.
RS232
Baud Rate
: Set transmission speed to: 115200, 57600, 38400, 19200, 14400, 9600, 4800, 2400
and 1200. Transmission speed shall vary with length of RS-232 cable (longer cable requires
slower speed). In case of unstable signal or connection failure when controlling with RS-232
cable, try downgrading the transmission speed.
Channel
: You can send RS-232 control commands to your projector through the RS-232 port
or external digital transmission box connected to its HD Connect/Lan port. Please set up the
following communication channel before sending control commands::
Local
: Send RS-232 control command through your projector’s RS-232 port. Please set up
proper transmission speed in advance.
HD Connect:
Send RS-232 control commands to your projector’s HD Connect/Lanport
through an external digital transmission box. The transmission speed is automatically set to
9600.
Caution:
If the projector is set to standby at ECO mode, the LAN and RS-232 remote control function is disabled. You
can power on the projector only with the remote controller or its power switch.
Please change the standby mode of the projector to Standard before using the remote control function.
