If not, refer to your soundbar or speaker owner's guide for troubleshooting (see page 24). Test different sources (if available). Make sure that you're playing audio that has bass frequencies, such as music or movies. For wireless connections: Confirm that the status light is glowing solid white, ­indicating that the bass module is c­ onnected to the soundbar (see page 18). Repeat the connection process (see page 13). If the bass module was previously connected to the soundbar, reset the bass module's connection (see page 22).
