Setting Up Your Printer For Network Shared Printer Users If you are going to connect to a shared printer on your network, we recommend that you ask your system administrator about the queue or share information of the printer prior to installation. Installing the driver and selecting the appropriate printer queue or 'share name' 1 Click Install Printer Driver on the Menu screen. 4 Select Network Shared Printer, and then click the Next button. 2 Select the Network interface. 5 Select your printer's queue, and then click the OK button. 3 Read the license agreement carefully. Then follow the on-screen instructions. Contact your administrator if you are not sure about the location and name of the printer in the network. 6 Click the Finish button.
