Insert 1 drop of oil to each needle bar through Felt pad on heads 1. Remove rubber dust plugs to the right of each head. each hole in the needle case cover. Do this for all Color change machine to needle #1. heads. Note: Cover in photo has been removed for illustration of where to lubricate. 2. Wet the top of the felt pads with oil. Oiling
Needle Bars
1.
Insert 1 drop of oil to each needle bar through
each hole in the needle case cover. Do this for all
heads.
Note: Cover in photo has been removed for illustration of
where to lubricate.
Felt pad on heads
1.
Remove rubber dust plugs to the right of each head.
Color change machine to needle #1.
2.
Wet the top of the felt pads with oil.
Note: Cover in photo has been removed for illustration of
where to lubricate.
3. Replace rubber dust plugs.
