LOWER/UPPER THREADING LOWER/UPPER THREADING Winding the Bobbin This section describes how to wind thread onto a bobbin. USEFUL FUNCTIONS Adjusting the Thread Tension The default thread tension, which is automatically set, can normally be used regardless of the type of thread or fabric being sewn. You can sew the quilt with the walking foot to keep the quilt top, batting, and backing from sliding.
