You must install the battery pack and leave it installed in the printer even if you intend to use the printer only with the AC adapter. Changing or Replacing a BJ Cartridge 4 Note If you are changing cartridges, immediately store the BJ cartridge you just removed in an Ink Cartridge Storage Box. • When you are not using a BJ cartridge, always store it in an Ink Cartridge Storage Box.
