Problems and Solutions Check to see if the following message is displayed File cannot be found on the specified path or disk. Make sure you load the Printer Driver CD-ROM and select the CD-ROM drive. The name of the drive (D:, E:, F:, etc.) depends on the computer. Check to see if the USB driver is installed correctly. Follow the procedures in the Quick Start Guide to install the printer driver again. If re-installing the printer driver does not solve the problem, the USB driver may not be installed correctly. First, check the status of the USB driver. If the USB driver is not performing correctly, remove it and then re-install the printer driver.
