The BJ Status Monitor (Windows) or the BJ Print Monitor (Macintosh) will initially advise you of a low ink level. At this stage, you can still continue to print. Once an ink tank is empty, the BJ Status Monitor (Windows) or the BJ Print Monitor (Macintosh) will tell you to replace the ink tank. Follow the procedures below to clean the nozzles. ¬ Printing the Nozzle Check Pattern If the print quality is poor ¬ Print Head Cleaning If the problem remains ¬ Print Head Deep Cleaning If print head deep cleaning does not resolve the problem, the print head may be worn out.
