Error Message Roll paper is not securely in contact with roll holder. Roll feed unit error. No Roll Unit. Error Messages Cause Corrective Action When the roll was loaded, the roll was not inserted firmly all the way on the Roll Holder. Follow these steps to reload the roll. 1. Press the OK button and remove the roll holder from the printer. 2. Insert the roll firmly on the Roll Holder until it touches the flange. (→ , Loading Rolls on the Roll Holder) 3. Load the Roll Holder in the printer. The Roll Feed Unit is not working. Turn off the printer, remove the Roll Feed Unit momentarily, and then reinstall it. The printer has received a print job, but the Roll Unit is not installed. Press the Stop button to stop printing. 1. Turn the printer off and install the Roll Unit.
