Zucchini Bread Cake Program Delay Start Timer - No Makes one 1½-pound loaf 1/3 ¾ 2 1/3 3 1 1/3 1/3 Nonstick cooking spray cup vegetable oil cup shredded zucchini large eggs, room temperature cup packed light brown sugar tablespoons granulated sugar cups unbleached, all-purpose flour teaspoon kosher salt teaspoon ground cinnamon teaspoon ground allspice teaspoon baking soda teaspoon baking powder cup walnuts cup raisins 1. Coat the inside of bread pan fitted with kneading paddle with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into bread pan and secure into Cuisinart® Bread Maker. Press the PROG button to select the Cake program. Press START/STOP to begin the bread-making process. 3. While the batter is mixing, scrape the sides of the bread pan with a rubber spatula to fully incorporate ingredients. 4. When the cycle is complete, remove the bread pan from the machine and transfer bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
