Introduction The DHP-209AV is D-Link's PowerLine AV 200 Mini Adapter Starter Kit. It contains two DHP-208AVs. The DHP-208AV is a fast, 200Mbps* PowerLine AV Mini Adapter, , short wave radios, or other PowerLine devices that do not follow the HomePlug AV standard. The DHP-208AV will automatically go into Power Saving Mode when there is no activity for five minutes. The Power LED will blink intermittently while the device is in Power Saving Mode.
