IP Filter (IPv4) Purpose: To specify the IP address and subnet mask to be permitted or denied access to the printer. Values: Address Address Mask Active Mode Specifies the IP addresses that are permitted or denied access to the printer. Enter a numeric value between 0 and 255 in each field. Specifies the subnet mask that are permitted or denied access to the printer. Enter a numeric value between 0 and 255 in each field. Permit Permits printing from specified network address. Reject Rejects printing from specified network address. Disable Disables the IP Filter feature for the specified IP address. Print Volume Use the Print Volume menu to verify the number of printed pages. Values: Printer Page Count Paper Used Displays the total number of pages printed since the printer was shipped from the factory. Displays the number of pages printed for each paper size. Address Book The Address Book menu contains the Fax/E-Mail and Server Address pages. Fax/E-Mail The Fax/E-Mail page contains the following subpages. Address Book Fax Group E-Mail Group E-Mail Default Setup Allows you to view, edit, or create address book entries. Allows you to view, edit, or create fax group entries. Allows you to view, edit, or create e-mail group entries. Allows you to view, edit, or set the default e-mail subject and message. Address Book - Top Page Purpose: To view the address book entries registered on the Address Book page. Values: Address List to: ID:Name Phone Number E-Mail Address Delete Selecting each button displays a list of entries for the group of user IDs indicated on the button. Displays a user ID and the name of the user registered under that user ID. IDs without an entry show (Not in Use) in the Name column. Displays the phone number of the user.
