Setting Up Your Printer You can connect one or more printers to your computer and also add one or more computers to your printer. Adding a Printer 1. In Windows 7, click Start → Devices and Printers. In Windows Vista, click Start → Control Panel→ Hardware and Sound→ Printers. In Windows XP, click Start → Control Panel→ Printers and Other Hardware→ Printers and Faxes. 2. Click Add a Printer. The Add Printer Wizard appears. 3. Follow the instructions in the Add Printer Wizard. NOTE: You may be prompted to install the printer driver while adding your printer.
