Chapter 5 Traps This module defines the traps that can be generated by the W-IAP. Traps are MIB objects (variables) that transmit information to the SNMP Manager when an event occurs. Traps are included as varbinds (variable bindings) in the trap protocol data unit (PDU). Varbinds are defined in the Description section below. Figure 5 shows the architecture of the Traps MIB relative to 1.3.6.1.4.1.14823 (iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprise.dell). The Traps are listed in the file aruba-trap.my MIB file.
