Steps 1. From the Windows taskbar, click Start and select Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer. 2. From the Event Viewer window, select System Log. 3. In the right pane, double-click EMCVirCk in the Event Viewer's System Log list. The Event Properties window appears. 4. Ensure that a loaded successfully message appears in the Description field.
