Revision history Document revision 01 Date April 2021 Description Initial Release - Ver. 1.0.0.8 Product description The PowerStore VSS Provider Plug-in runs as a Windows service and serves as an interface between Windows Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) and the PowerStore system. The VSS HW Provider supports creation of LUN snapshots (Shadow Copies) with the iSCSI or FC protocols. New features The VSS Plug-in is now available for 64-bit Windows platforms. The 64-bit VSS Plug-in supports Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 (64-bit only).
