Printing on Special Media Printing Banners and Other Custom Size Projects You can use banner paper or ordinary (continuous-form) computer paper to print a banner up to 44 inches long. You can also print on any size paper that fits into the printer (at least 3.94 × 3.94 inches), by using the custom page size feature of your printer software. 1. To make a 44-inch banner with continuous-form computer paper, first tear off four sheets and remove the perforations at the edges. If you are using banner paper, cut the paper to the length you want for easier handling. 2. Insert the paper in the printer as shown.
